So, here are some easy tips to help you clean your dog’s ears. First thing to do is to clean the dog’s ears. You can use a cotton bud and just wipe off the dirt. You can also use a rag to clean the ears.

This can be done daily if you wish to do so. You can do this regularly to ensure that your dog’s ears are clean all the time. When cleaning, wipe the ear very well and gently.

After cleaning, you should wash the ear with mild soap. Rinse your hands and the ear after this step.

Now, after rinsing the ear completely, you can apply a mixture of warm water and lemon juice. Leave it on for few minutes before taking out the mixture. You can do this while your dog is still awake.

After cleaning, you can wrap the ears with gauze. Use a soft towel to massage it well. This can make the ear clean and help in the healing process.

There are three basic things that you should remember when cleaning your dog’s ears. The first is the position of the ear. If the ears are in a higher position, it will cause irritation and this may lead to a condition called “the sawtooth ear”.

It is when the ear lobes start to show off their rounded edges. Therefore, avoid placing the ears on the top of the head and try to keep them as far away from the face as possible. Do not try to take off the hair from the ears if it is not completely necessary.

When the dog’s ears are in a lower position, it may lead to ear infections and inflammation. Therefore, clean the ears gently by using a cloth, especially if they are wet or if there is any mucus buildup.

Another thing to remember is to always clean your dog’s ears properly. Do not wipe off too much of the wax and leave it long after. You can even use a toothbrush to gently brush the wax and leave it for sometime before you try to remove it.
